history
The Olnick Organization’s visionary approach to real estate development,
ingrained by its founder, Robert S. Olnick, is demonstrated by its multi-asset
class endeavors over the past 70 years and has continued over generations.
Lenox Terrace, Harlem’s first luxury apartment community, developed and
owned by the company since the 1950’s, illustrates the innovation and long-term
commitment Olnick makes to better the communities it serves. Subsequent
developments completed by Olnick include Century Towers, a 550-unit residential
property in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, Le Triomphe, a 30-story
luxury high-rise in Midtown East, and Gateway Plaza, a mixed-use development
encompassing 1.9 million square feet across six buildings, the first phase
of Battery Park City’s master planned community. The Olnick Organization
and its partners also developed Bristol Plaza, a 50-story building with
high end residential, retail, medical and garage spaces in the Upper East
Side, and Headquarters Plaza, a 600,000 square foot Class A office complex
with a 256-key Hyatt Regency hotel in Morristown, New Jersey.
